Captain High 'Bulldog' Drummond has just returned to England. When he is driving home in the dark, a woman suddenly jumps in front of his car. He can avoid her, but the woman falls. When he wants to train her, he suddenly hears cries for help followed by shots. While he is investigating, the woman drives off in his car. He can soon find her at nearby Greystone Manor. When he finds her, she asks him for help to rescue her from her plight.
