Shiloh plot
"The story of a boy who risks everything to save his best friend."
When 11-year-old Marty Preston is walking home, he is suddenly chased by a young dog. The beagle has run away from his boss, the unkind hunter Judd Travers, after being severely punished by him. When Marty sees that the dog is anxious and has blood on his head, he decides to take the dog home and take care of him. He calls him Shiloh. But Marty's father thinks the dog should go back to its owner, they have no money to support Shiloh. Then Marty decides to earn Shiloh by working for the gruff, quarrelsome Judd Travers.
