"They get funny when you mess with their money."
Steve Jackson and Wardell Franklin sneak out of their house to visit Madame Zenobia's illegal nightclub. During their visit, however, the club is robbed and they have to hand over their wallet. Steve's wallet turns out to contain a winning lottery ticket, now they have to find the wallet together.

Entertaining film that does well mainly thanks to Poitier and Cosby, with Cosby in particular...
it turned out much better than expected.
The scene in the cafe is the best. How very amusingly Cosby tries to talk his way out of it, followed
through some fighting and a nice shooting scene out of nowhere, including comical explosions
of lamps hit and where, despite the hail of bullets, not a drop of blood flows.
I found the last half hour a bit weaker and messier, but the film still holds up reasonably well.
and the film generally satisfied me.

A mediocre film about two friends who get mugged during a Saturday night out. A thin storyline for this action comedy. The pace is also quite slow, and partly because of this, the film hasn't entirely stood the test of time. Still entertaining here and there.
