Young Casey has always had a bizarre fear of clowns. He doesn't even dare to look at them. To overcome his fear and to prove to his brothers that he is brave, he goes with them to the circus. What the three brothers don't know is that three deranged maniacs have escaped from the insane asylum and killed a few clowns, then assumed their identities.
