"An illegal queer coming of age comic book movie by Vera Drew."
An insecure transgender woman moves to Gotham City to make it as a comedienne in the cast of sketch show UCB Live. This in a world where comedy is forbidden. When mainstream success seems out of reach, she gets involved with a chaotic crew of renegades, misfits and potential love Mister J. She starts a new life as the confident Joker the Harlequin who always has to fight the city's fascist masked hero.
