The Forgiven plot
"Racist. Prisoner. Murderer. Child of God."
1996. The South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission is headed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu, who is engaged in restoring peace and order in his country. He embarks on a quest for a disturbing disappearance for a grieving family. This leads him to the prison of Pollsmoor in Cape Town where he meets the murderer Piet Blomfeld.
