I always keep asking myself why I'm still watching these movies when I've actually been tired of Marvel for a long time.

The idea of so many worlds with so many superheroes and then the one again in that movie and then the other way around, while we also release 10 series and in the end everything comes together starts to annoy me more and more.

I thought the humor in Deadpool was really genius but it really didn't fit here at all. Everything was bland and you just barely saw a leaf fly by. Also the whole story on that other world really didn't add anything except that he had to fight the hulk and run into that chick there.
This could have been on any other planet. I'm really looking forward to Deadpool 2 but think I'll skip the rest of the Marvel Universe until the final movie (if it ever comes)

Actually, I'm inclined to say that the creators should be fired, but damn, Thor Ragnarok is a success too...

... and I don't get it at all. I actually want to enjoy it, because visually it looks spectacular again. Overall, the story is quite ok. There is simply no question of enjoying and that is mainly due to the so-called humour. Again and again you get dialogues that thoroughly ruin the moment. The momentum is taken off by those adolescent comments and ditto jokes and pranks. The first Thor was funny because an arrogant god couldn't find his way in our world. The second movie was fun because of the kitsch. This is just banal. A lot of slow talk, when you really just want to have some momentum. There are definitely moments with potential. Jeff Goldblum is usually an asset, but here he hardly comes out. Even though some moments in Sakaar are reminiscent of eighties fantasy camp, you still get silly jokes. Assgard. haha. haha. If this sort of thing makes you laugh, you're either under 13 or you're mentally stuck at that age. Mythology was already not sacred in the Marvel universe, but is really ridiculed here for the first time. I really had the impression that the writers just didn't feel like it anymore. If there are going to be main characters in Avengers Infinite war, I can say that Thor will be one of them. I'm slowly coming to terms with that. A few years ago I saw the Avengers universe as the classics of the '10s, but now it's simply a letdown.
