Tom Hiddleston has teased a new dynamic between Thor and Loki should the Asgardian brothers ever reunite in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The fates and storylines of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Loki have been intrinsically linked in the MCU ever since they both made their first appearance in Thor back in 2011.
Over the next decade, Loki in particular would become a completely different character, coming back from the dead more than once to eventually prove himself heroic after being the primary villain in the first Avengers movie.
With Thor now looking after an adopted child after Love and Thunder, too, things are completely different for both Gods.
And, Hiddleston admits he would be interested to see how the brothers act towards each other after all the characterisation.
"I think both Thor and Loki have had to excavate and analyze the past and who they feel they really are and what they really want," the British actor told ComicBook.com.
"But what's interesting about family as well, this is just me thinking about it, is sometimes it will be difficult to let go of the preconception of who they used to be. Loki might be expecting Thor to behave in a certain way or be a certain way. Thor might be expecting Loki to be a certain way.
"So I think initially it would be really confusing, but also they'd been apart for a long time and no doubt they've been objects in each other's mind. And so yeah, I think I wonder a reunion would likely be, we'll see."
Hiddleston is currently promoting the second season of Loki and after that, he has not been announced for any future MCU project.
But, that doesn't mean he won't return...
