Blackpool plot
Ripley Holden is a small business owner who has just opened an arcade. He is convinced to become filthy rich when he turns a small coastal town into the Las Vegas of the Lancashire coast. The morning after the opening, a corpse is found in the casino. DI Carlisle is called in to investigate the murder case, but during the investigation he falls in love with Ripley's wife, Natalie.
