Inspired by the enthusiasm of WV I re-watched the film yesterday (via the dazzlingly beautiful Blu-ray)
Appreciation increased again, because it remains a catchy western and a topper in the genre.
Also for me a film that, as WV said, can be watched again and again without losing its power.
Wayne's best acting performance, without a doubt, but Hunter also deserves credit.
The landscapes are unparalleled filmed by Ford.
Nothing can beat that.
As far as I'm concerned, it won't stay with this umpteenth viewing (with life and well-being of course
