The Seventh Floor plot

When her husband dies, Kate Fletcher is left with huge debts, a share of the business and a luxurious apartment complex. She finds love and comfort with Japanese computer expert Mitsuru, the new tenant of one of her apartments. She arrives too late to the horrifying discovery that her new neighbor is a dangerous psychopath.
