"Twist Vs. Swing!"

Rock n' Roll sensation Billy Universe (Fury) and his band are on their way to a rock competition. Along the way, they meet all kinds of celebrities and they meet Ann (Palk), a rich woman, who is looking for her boyfriend in the most swinging part of London: the West End.
