Sommarlek plot

Marie is a successful, but emotionally very distant ballerina in her twenties. During the rehearsal for a performance of the ballet Swan Lake, she is unexpectedly sent the diary of her first love Henrik. Henrik was a college student whom she fell in love with thirteen years earlier while visiting her aunt and uncle on summer vacation. The rehearsal is canceled until the evening and Marie decides to take the boat to the island where she had her relationship with Henrik. There she reminisces about those carefree times.
