Mr. Smith Gets a Hustler plot
Bobby Blue is eighteen years old, attractive, athletically built and lives in New York. He prostitutes himself to provide for the necessities of life for him and his alcoholic mother. Bobby is in the care of a sleazy pimp who also deals in drugs. Bobby's clients are lonely businessmen whom he also cheats. mr. Smith is a married banker who uses the services of Bobby. But mr. Smith is different from his usual clients: he keeps coming back, spending $600 at a time, asking about Bobby's hopes for the future and his dreams. One day a new boy joins the pimp and a strange guy asks him all kinds of questions about Mr. Smith. Not long after, an astonishing past is uncovered through which the lives of both him and Mr. Smith will change forever...
