Miracle Dogs plot

"Sometimes life can be littered with little miracles"

Charlie and his parents accidentally run into a dog. He is uninjured, but turns out to have cancer in one of his front legs that needs to be amputated. Charlie lets the animal escape and hides it in the hospital where his parents work. But the dog seems more interested in walking through the hospital and also appears to have a healing effect on the patients...
