"An incredible biographical story of murder, betrayal and love."
Fragancia is arrested for the attempted murder of Richard Persson, the son of a powerful factory owner. During the interrogation, her amazing and remarkable life story is revealed. Her poor childhood, her teenage years in which she meets the great love of her life, the ice hockey star Petterson-Jonsson and the run-up to the fatal night where the story begins.

Meh. The idea is nice. Somehow the plot reminded me of other Swedish films such as "The 100-year-old who..." but where that film mainly aims for fun and really tells a special life, that is not the case in this film. It is mainly aimed at drama and not all that interesting. The decoration is okay, as is the acting, and some isolated moments are nice, but it is not enough to save the film. 2.5*.

Nice.
Alicia Vikander shines once again in a beautiful drama, full of curiosities and small side plots. Normally I don't like too many side steps, but director Ella Lemhagen succeeds wonderfully in combining it all into a pleasant whole.
Various themes are discussed, some more complex than others. The dynamic with the brother with Down syndrome is the most charming and by far the most moving. There is a somewhat endearing fairytale atmosphere throughout the film, partly inspired by the excellent musical support.
Surprising windfall. Mainly watched for Vikander, but in the end she is only one part of a good film.

There may be a bit too much misery for a family film, but I'll place it as a teen film, anyway, I had the feeling that this wasn't just food for adults. Despite the many unfortunate incidents, the film remained very light-hearted and the setting had an idyllic fairytale vibe. This was also evident in some scenes, such as in the water.
A beautifully interwoven story with several diverse characters who each play an important role. Enemy is still very young here, but is doing very well. Her brother with Down syndrome was adorable and young Skarsgard with his scar was a strange bird.
The plot is diverse, but remains very entertaining throughout the film. I was never bored for a moment. Well done, especially if you embrace this genre.
