Harakara plot
"Enjoy this little slice of what city people call"
Kawano Shuko, a member of a theater group from Tokyo, visits the village of Matsuo in the hope of organizing a musical performance with the youth association there for the local population. Although she is supported by Sato Takashi, the president of the association, the high organizational costs cause a lot of resistance from the other members. In the end, they agree to organize the event, because Takashi has promised to guarantee any losses.
