"Your misery is my joy"

Once a luxurious tourist paradise, now a second-rate destination for cheap all-in holidays: a run-down Acapulco, in which three different love stories take place on the same night. Overwhelmed by her ex-boyfriend, young Fernanda quickly gives in. When this comes to her current sweetheart, he tries with all his might to win her back. Fifty-year-old Jaime, a disillusioned man who has retired to a quiet place after robbing his employer, contemplates committing suicide until he meets the vivacious Tigrillo. She makes him change his mind.
