"TWO MEN LOVED THIS MURDERED WOMEN ...That's All The Police Know"
A man walks his dog in Central Park and finds a woman shot and killed with a tattoo on her arm in an abandoned car. Police lieutenant and veteran Corrigan and Inspector Tobin (a rookie in Corrigan's eyes) must solve the murder, but the only lead they have is her tattoo and they look for a tattoo artist. That raises even more questions, because after their visit to the tattoo artist, he is murdered.
