A cut-hard-wood police film about a rookie within the corps, who almost single-handedly takes on a whole collection of corrupt colleagues. Predictable and not very believable, but it is exciting and that makes up for a lot.

Great movie. Not the best of its kind, but a nice looking away action movie. The movie isn't realistic either. Too many things are happening that are unbelievable. But still good enough to watch. Acting is decent, effects are good enough, and story is fine. Just a sufficient

War veteran Alicia West [Naomie Harris] has only been working with the police for a few weeks when, while on a raid, she accidentally witnesses the assassination of Zero [John Charless II], the nephew of gang leader Darius [Mike Colter], by colleague Terry Malone [ Frank Grillo].
