"Yum's the word... Welcome to the Sin-Bin!"
The playboy owner of an apartment complex boasts that he has slept with all his female tenants. There are quite a few, as he only rents out rooms to beautiful young women. When one day a new, young, virginal beauty moves into an apartment, he decides that this must be his latest conquest. He doesn't know that she already has a boyfriend, albeit that they are in a platonic relationship. When her boyfriend finds out about the playboy's plan, he knows he must be the first to win the young lady's love.
