"Love sex insanity. Thank God you're only young once."

Shelley ditches her boyfriend Jimmy and joins a girl band that is musically based on the Seattle scene of the early 90s. She falls in love with singer Suzy who is quite rough on and off stage. Together they make Seattle unsafe. When Shelley runs into Jimmy again, she finds she still has feelings for him.
