"Come to the crowning of America's comedy King!"
Ambrose Wolfinger wants an afternoon off, his first in twenty-five years, to watch a wrestling match. However, he tells his boss that he has to go to his mother-in-law's funeral. That afternoon brings him little pleasure. Everything goes wrong and eventually he is even hit by the wrestler who is thrown out of the ring. Meanwhile, his boss has flowers sent to his house and offers his condolences to the family on the death of his mother-in-law...
