For me personally the best of the 3, with Pillow Talk at 2 and Lover Come Back at 3.

I have no idea why I gave this film a star lower than Lover Come Back over six years ago, but I probably accidentally confused these two titles.

Tony Randall is a perfect foil for Hudson & Day and that is clearly evident in this third installment!

I love these kinds of videos and want to see more with that cozy 50s/60s vibe!

4.0*

A good film in which a man, due to a misunderstanding, thinks he only has a few weeks left to live. The plans the protagonist makes subsequently result in some amusing, yet also somewhat ironic, situations. The third film starring Doris Day, Rock Hudson, and Tony Randall may be more of the same, but it's still entertaining from start to finish.

Just like in Pillow Talk, here too, the final film in the Day/Hudson/Randall trilogy, it's the supporting cast that truly makes the film stand out: the complaining doctor and the cheerful gravedigger. The three leads are in fine form, Randall's Arnold Nash's persistent drunkenness is exceptionally funny, and the story is simply well-constructed. After the disappointing Lover Come Back, this is a wonderful reminder that the trio remained capable of crafting a more than successful comedy. It's a film I want to watch again and again.
