Lisbela e o Prisioneiro plot
Leléu is a scammer. He has an affair with Inaura, the wife of a terrifying hit man. When he finds out about the relationship, he goes after Leléu. While on the run, in a nearby town he meets Lisbela, who is engaged to the ill-mannered Douglas. He falls in love with her.
