Incomparable Mademoiselle C. plot

Mademoiselle C. shows up in a run-down and gloomy town and she goes to work as a postman. But she doesn't find it satisfying just to leave letters in the mailbox, she wants to be involved in the lives of the people on her route. She opens their mail and changes the content of their letters so that nothing stays the same. Maurice Moron, aka 'The Casino King', dreams of building a casino chain with 100 branches. In order to achieve his goal, he wants to invite himself to the Prime Minister to convince him that he can ensure his re-election. Mademoiselle C. wants to thwart his plans.
