"The greatest stuntman alive!"
Sonny Hooper a stuntman, known for his courage, strength and expertise when it comes to the latest stunts. When he is asked for a new film, he is confronted with a director who is not easily satisfied. Sonny gets more and more troubled by old injuries and keeps going with painkillers. Then a young stuntman checks in on the film set and from that moment on Sonny finds himself in a competition with the new stuntman.
