Caramuru - A Invenção do Brasil plot
Portuguese mapmaker Diogo Álvares reaches the Brazilian coast after his boat sinks. He is rescued by Itaparica, chief of an Indian tribe, and his two daughters. They call him Caramuru and a love triangle develops. But the chance to go back to Portugal is here again and it seems clear that the current understanding will not last long.
