Deadlock plot
Ron Whitlock is a vengeful criminal and the leader of a group of mercenaries during a hostile power plant hostage crisis in order to cause a flood. One of the hostages, Mack Carr, manages to escape. He decides not to let it go and takes on Ron's gang on his own. He is also the only one standing between the gang and a town that threatens to flood.

Jesus this was bad. I've seen a lot of bad movies, but haven't watched one yet. Always wanted to copy him.
Well this is the first movie I just dropped off.
I think that says enough.
Everyone criticizes Willis, but the entire film itself was so hopeless that he couldn't even have saved it.
What a bad story. What a lame mess. What a terribly long, boring thing to do. How incredibly poorly acted, by EVERYONE.

Willis as a ruthless, vengeful ex-military who takes control of a dam to cause a flood gives this a certain curiosity value. The prologue isn't that bad, but as soon as the shooting starts, things go downhill very quickly. Muldoon plays a welder and ex-Ranger who is the only one who remains out of the hands of Willis and associates and who saves the day in a completely unbelievable way.
