"Improbable Odds. Unstoppable Force."
When an international group of terrorists sets up a base in Mexico, just across the US border, the US government plans to launch an attack with the modern combat vehicle Thunderblast. However, the attack fails and the Americans are captured. Los Angeles Police Department officer Frank McBain, nicknamed "Bulletproof" for surviving 37 gunshot wounds, must launch a rescue.
