Blood-C: The Last Dark plot
Tokyo has introduced the 'Youth Protection Act': it is forbidden for minors to be outside at night and the internet is monitored. Sirrut, an underground rebel organization, fights back against the dark ruler of Tokyo, Fumito Nanahara. They scour the internet for information to discredit him and make a horrifying discovery: they find notes from TOWER, a mysterious organization that is said to conduct experiments on humans, and indications that they are being eaten.
