Two years have passed since Edward Elric ended up in Germany in 1921. During that time he has done a lot of research in the hope of finding a method to return to his time, unfortunately without result. When he learns that the Thule Society, with ties to the Nazi party, has discovered the location of the mystical otherworld, "Shambala", he regains hope.
