"When Terror Crawls, Evil is Unleashed"
Leon S. Kennedy, an American secret agent, sneaks into the "East Slavic Republic" to verify rumors that Bio-Organic Weapons (BOWs) are being used during that country's ongoing civil war. The United States and Russia plan to jointly invade the country to end the war, and the US government orders Leon to leave the country immediately. However, he wants to find out the truth and ignores the orders. He heads to the war zone to end the tragedies caused by the BOWs.
