After watching this movie, I felt like there was a lot more to it. Luke Goss as the lead actor is too thin and is heavily outclassed by the other actors, especially the British villain is not too bad and actually saves the film. The action scenes are usually a bit too messy. The film is mediocre and there will be little left. He gets 3 stars, mainly because of the meritorious story

Small improvement.

Definitely not a high-quality action film no, but Reiné manages to hold its own here compared to the previous part. It's kind of hilarious how much this movie wants to become a series by using the same group of characters, but I still want to condone that for these kinds of movies.

Especially the fact that this film immediately plunges into the action makes it much more fun to watch. The pace and speed of parts 1 and 2 are no longer matched, but Reiné makes a nice attempt (again). The action is still nicely and with a lot of feeling portrayed, which shows that Reiné is indeed a craftsman within the genre.

Actors are still not doing great, but it's almost refreshing that Reiné doesn't take too much on his fork this time. This makes the film a lot less tiring to get through and we can just watch the action right away. So it's a fun action. Obviously not the most expensive or qualitative variant, but it looks nice.

Furthermore, it looks solid and has enough scenes with nice cars, explosions and a shower of bullets. It's actually exactly what you can expect from a movie that only has a few million dollars at its disposal but wants to be a full-blooded action movie. Almost no story, but a nice pace.

No, it's not top notch and very predictable at all times, but it looks pretty nice. Add to that a nice location and some clumsy explosions and then you come to an end. Entertainment at its best. Definitely not high-quality, and of B-level, but beyond that really not terrible. However, these movies are movies you have to love, because it doesn't require a lot of brain cells.
