Tried this comedy once and I thought it was a bit weak in terms of humor. Some jokes, but overall it was "gene fats".
The cast certainly wasn't bad and they were a good fit. The soundtrack was also enjoyable.
All in all not a bad movie, but a shame that the humor part is a bit disappointing.

The Watch is a decent movie that has some big names. Let me say right off the bat that the film isn't original or particularly funny. The well-known roads are used extensively. Even actors like Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn can't quite save this movie. The jokes are very bland and you wonder what someone like Ben Stiller is doing in this movie. For Jonah Hill and Vince Vaughn, I think it's a film that suits them. Too bad the same joke is overused. Every time the word "seed" came along. After it had come across emphatically a few times, I started to get slightly annoyed. The film clearly indicates that it doesn't get any further than "alien seed".
The Watch knows how to amuse because it manages to create a nice mix between sci-fi, action and comedy. From time to time the film is even nice and dirty, at least enough things happen to captivate the viewer. The whole idea of a vigilante is quite hilarious in and of itself, and it's being put to good use. Nice that there are some well-known songs by the way, is always a small plus for most movies.
Yeah, what else is there to say about a movie like this? Nothing really, it's a movie you'll forget tomorrow. At least the movie isn't as bad as many people claim. True, the film is very bland, but on the other hand it makes for an easily digestible bite. With some effort The Watch manages to score a pass with me.
