"A MAD MELEE of FIGHTS FUN AND HEART-THROBS!"

Independent taxi drivers Terence Aloysius 'Slip' Mahoney and Horace Debussy 'Sach' Jones of the 'Bowery Boys' find themselves in a taxi war. Steve Trent, the nefarious manager of a taxi company, sets out to end competition from independent taxi drivers through various tactics such as sabotage, assault and intimidation. Slip and Sachs try to convince co-worker Patrick McCormick that his employer Steve Trent is a criminal, but he doesn't believe them until his daughter Marian joins the Bowery Boys.
