Meh, poorly acted - mostly flat but sometimes awkward - limited sympathy for the characters, and the finish was a bit messy on all sides, which makes it lacking in credibility and difficult to empathize.

An occasional tension, but nothing surprising. In fact, it almost seemed to me that they didn't even try to get you to guess the truth.

The fact that the image of Belgium was not dramatically distorted, as you sometimes see in the Netherlands in films, was something that I found not too bad.

Side note, but if you're really bored it might be possible.

Well. A 14 in a dozen action movie. And as such also provided with the fixed shortcomings. Predictable. Cliche. Full of stupidities and coincidences. And at least 1 cast member whose acting level is below par (my goodness Olga Kurylenko). With this Erased, the downside is an exaggerated amount of completely unnecessary victims.

Anyway. You also know what to expect from such a film. And if you adjust to that, it's a great time killer. Eckhart and his fictional daughter play well and the tempo is nice.

Somewhere between 2.5 and 3 stars for me.

Excellent action film that has a nice pace and has not bored me for a moment, except for the sentimental father-daughter moments that I think they should have left out. The speed in such a film with the sporadic tense moments is more important to me in these kinds of films than the credibility of the story. For the latter, I do watch a true drama. The cast in this movie was great. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of Godon, so he can't do anything right for me unfortunately. It was nice to see some recognizable locations in Brussels and Antwerp.
