S.O.S. Coast Guard plot
Mad scientist Boroff is hired by the government of Marovania to design a dangerous gas. Boroff then walks on the California coast with a ship full of ingredients for the gas. The local United States Coast Guard led by Lt. Terry Kent soon gives chase to protect her citizens.
