A family hires a new gardener after he was fired from his previous employer after the wife's death. The gardener is known for his passion and care for exotic flowers and plants. The woman is deeply impressed by the new gardener, until she discovers that in previous families the wives usually died mysteriously or went insane. Another servant from the household warns her about his occult powers.
