The Flame of New Orleans plot
In the mid-18th century, a wedding dress is found floating in the Mississippi. Only three people know the story of love found and lost behind this dress. The penniless Countess Claire Ledoux came to New Orleans with one goal in mind: to marry a well-to-do man. And after her betrothal to gentleman Charles Giraud, everything seemed to be going according to plan, until Captain Robert Latour invades the city, only to shift her attention to Latour through true passion. Ultimately, however, the Countess must discover what real wealth is.
