Waco plot
"They let him out of jail - to kill for them!"
A sniper is hired to clear the streets of Emporia, Wyoming. When the gunman arrives, he finds his ex-love in the city, where she is married to the preacher. Although they are attracted to each other, both resist the temptation. When the shooter sees how bloodthirsty people in the town really are, he has help get him. As soon as his friend arrives, they begin their difficult task of making the city safe again.
