"The Body is Gone... But The Head Lives On!"
A scientist discovers a serum that keeps a dog's head alive when its body dies. When the scientist dies of a heart attack, his crazy assistant cuts off the head and uses the serum to keep the doctor's head alive. He forces the head to help him with an experiment to give his disfigured nurse a new body.
