In the third part of the film series, the gods are not very kind to the children, because a new villain tries to thwart Auradon and their king. Mal is the unfortunate child who will have to deal with her evil father from the world of the gods; the blue-haired Hades. And that doesn't seem to work yet.

Auradon prepares to welcome four new Villain Kids to the Prep School. This time the evil comes from within: Audrey [Sarah Jeffery], the ex-girlfriend of King Ben [Mitchell Hope], places a curse that she is only willing to lift if Ben marries her. This time, Mal [Dove Cameron] and her friends need the help of Uma [China Anne McClain] and the Villain Kids to save Auradon. But distrust and jealousy thwart cooperation. A big improvement compared to part 2 of this Disney Channel franchise, with better music and less attention to the unpleasant characters that were introduced in part 2. The story can also continue, even if it lacks the freshness of Descendants. Dedicated to Cameron Boyce (Carlos) who died shortly after the recordings at the age of 20 as a result of an epileptic attack.
