Teresa Godoy works as a maid in Buenos Aires. One day, she is forced to take a job in the remote city of San Juan. Her bus arrives at a small market, where she comes into contact with El Gringo, a dress merchant who approaches his customers in a rather pushy yet not unsympathetic way. When it starts to storm, the man has to stop trading. Too late, Teresa realizes that she left her bag in his camper. She definitely wants to get it back.
