Trust plot

Trust centers on the true story of the trials and tribulations of one of America's wealthiest and unhappiest families: the Gettys. In 1973, John Paul Getty III, the grandson of billionaire oil magnate John Paul Getty, is kidnapped in Rome. Although grandfather and grandson seem to have a fairly good relationship, this is not the case now. The rich oil tycoon refuses to pay the large ransom demanded by the kidnappers, forcing the teen's mother to do everything she can to collect the money in time.
