David plot

Twelve-year-old David goes overboard on an exotic boating vacation. His family searches for him, but to no avail, so they assume their son has drowned. That is not the case, however: David is washed up on a desert island, but suffers from amnesia. Fifteen years later, he is accidentally discovered by Sofie, who is traveling with her family. The Klaerhout family takes David to Koksijde. However, he is not used to modern life at all, so he has to adapt enormously.
