El Encargado plot

In the series we follow Eliseo, a janitor and handyman in the same building in a posh neighborhood of Buenos Aires for thirty years. Over time, he has become indispensable to everyone, thanks to his kindness, dedication and personal involvement with the residents. What his neighbors do not know, however, is that beneath Eliseo's enormously positive, empathetic attitude, a dark soul is also hiding, a very dark soul: Eliseo is literally a monster, who has won everyone's trust and then abuses it.
