Top Cat plot
The story of Top Cat is set on the streets of New York. Top Cat is the leader of a group of cats who often get into a fight with Agent Dibble. Top Cat often uses the public police telephone, which is located near the garbage can where he lives, without his permission. The members of his group are Benny the Ball, Brain, Choo Choo, Fancy-Fancy and Spook.
