No, this wasn't him. I watched up to episode 7 until the main character ended up in prison, I thought that was a nice ending.
I especially find the protagonist who plays Segev an arrogant, negative person who doesn't say a word, complete mismatch.
One minute Segev is on a meaningless job showing off some tourists, not a moment later when his wife is run over, he happens to be a former SEALs, mercenary and shoots down some criminals in America who are terrified of him.
Then a few plot twists that suddenly everything is very different again and the whole story becomes way too bizarre and everything is recorded in dark backgrounds.
Episode 7, Segev in jail, great ending for me.

My first review on MovieMeter. I was looking forward to this new series because the actor Lior Raz is one of the lead players. Had enjoyed him in the series "Fauda". Could last for 3 episodes but then stopped watching. Watching isn't the right word in this case because about 80% of the Hit & Run episodes I've seen were shot in the dark. In this case, dark isn't the right word either. Rather pitch black. The story is impossible to follow because you can hardly see anything. An occasional "pupil" so you know roughly where an actor stands. Even dimmed the lighting in the living room to see if this would help, but unfortunately. Unfortunately.
