By order of the Peaky Blinders! 
I find the first 2, 3 episodes of this season less strong, about reaching the (aristocratic) establishment. Then it comes off the ground and you can fully enjoy the familiar elements again. Cool final episode (although some things are rushed) and a memorable, bitter ending scene that I didn't see coming.
Paul Anderson (Arthur) also plays really great throughout the series… with all those emotions, especially in S3. He also has a nice characteristic walk/posture.

Less so than the previous season, with the last three episodes feeling a bit messy and disjointed. The overly stylized scenes (the slow motion, the smoking, the clothing) are also starting to irritate a bit. They could have been less overtly portrayed. Aside from that, there's still plenty to enjoy, and it's always nice to see Paddy Considine and Tom Hardy.
